At PetroSkill Virtual Learning, we offer live, instructor-led virtual courses. Due to the nature of live training, instructor scheduling, and limited session capacity, our refund policy is structured as follows.
1. Course Enrollment & Payment
- All course fees must be paid in full before access to live sessions is granted.
- By completing your registration, you confirm your availability and commitment to the scheduled course dates and times.
2. Refund Eligibility
✅ Refunds May Be Granted Only If:
- A written refund request is submitted at least 72 hours before the scheduled start of the first live session.
- The course is cancelled or significantly rescheduled by PetroSkill Virtual Learning.
❌ Refunds Will NOT Be Issued If:
- A refund request is made less than 72 hours before the course start date.
- The participant fails to attend live sessions for any reason.
- The participant withdraws after the course has started.
- The participant experiences technical issues related to personal internet connectivity, devices, or software.
- Access has been granted to course materials, recordings, or live sessions.
3. Course Transfers & Credits (Discretionary)
- In place of a refund, PetroSkill Virtual Learning may, at its sole discretion, offer:
- A one-time transfer to a future session of the same course, or
- A partial credit toward another PetroSkill Virtual Learning course.
- Transfers and credits are not guaranteed and must be approved in writing.
4. Instructor-Led Nature of Courses
- All courses are delivered live by instructors. As such:
- Instructor time, preparation, and scheduling costs are incurred in advance.
- Missed sessions cannot be refunded or rescheduled individually.
5. Payment Processing
- Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
- Transaction or processing fees charged by third-party payment providers are non-refundable.
6. Changes or Cancellations by PetroSkill Virtual Learning
- If PetroSkill Virtual Learning cancels a course or makes a material change to the schedule that prevents attendance, participants will be offered:
- A full refund or
- Enrollment in a rescheduled or alternative session.
7. Policy Updates
PetroSkill Virtual Learning reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and apply to future enrollments only.
